In the event of non-conformity of the product in kind or in quality compared to the indications appearing on the site, the buyer must, via e-mail, notify the seller’s after-sales service on the same day of delivery or at most no later than the first working day following delivery.

Items must be returned intact and complete in their original packaging (with labels bearing their references), accompanied by the delivery slip, within 7 days of receipt of your package. The shipping costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the buyer. In the case of an exchange order, the shipping costs of your new order are offered to you.
Any complaint not made in accordance with the rules defined above and within the time limits set cannot be taken into account and will release the seller from any liability vis-à-vis the buyer.
