The prices available in our catalog (online store) are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF), net amounts, including VAT. Items covered by a warranty are subject to the conditions of the offer valid at the time of purchase. The seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but undertakes to apply the prices in force indicated at the time of the order, subject to availability on that date.

By pressing the “Order” tab, the buyer accepts the general conditions of sale (GTC) of the ronfross.art gallery site. The online order is final from the moment the “Place order” button in the final validation is activated.

Any order implies acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale. Any dispute on this point will occur within the framework of a possible exchange and the guarantees mentioned below. In certain cases, in particular for non-payment, incorrect address or other problem on the buyer’s account, the seller reserves the right to block the buyer’s order until the problem is solved.

Cancellation of order: Any paid order can be canceled by the customer before its preparation. If the order is canceled, a cancellation fee will be charged. The costs are 3% of the total amount of the order + CHF 20.-

The warranty takes effect on the date of delivery of the item, justified by the accompanying document (invoice) that we ask you to keep carefully. The following are not covered: damage due to poor maintenance, non-compliance with the instructions for use, or normal wear and tear.

It is an order with obligation of payment, which means that the placing of the order implies a payment by the buyer. To pay for his order, the buyer has his choice of all the payment methods made available to him by the seller and listed on the seller’s site. The buyer guarantees the seller that he has the necessary authorizations to use the payment method chosen by him, when validating the order form. The seller reserves the right to suspend any order management and any delivery in the event of refusal of authorization of payment by bank card from officially accredited bodies or in the event of non-payment. The seller reserves the right in particular to refuse to make a delivery or to honor an order from a buyer who has not fully or partially paid a previous order or with whom a payment dispute is being administered.

Payment of the price is made in full on the day of the order, as follows: credit card or PayPal.

ronfross.art delivers its photo prints only in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

The available items are sent by post or by carrier within approximately 9 to 15 days. A contribution to the delivery costs (not included in the sale price) will be requested from the buyer when ordering.

PLEASE NOTE: ronfross.art does not deliver its packages to the post office box and does not deliver any goods to underage customers or under guardianship, except with the written authorization of the parents or guardian.

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the buyer on the order form, the buyer must ensure its accuracy. Any package returned to the seller because of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address will be reshipped at the buyer’s expense.

In the event of non-conformity of the product in kind or in quality compared to the indications appearing on the site, the buyer must, via e-mail, notify the seller’s after-sales service on the same day of delivery or at most no later than the first working day following delivery.

Items must be returned intact and complete in their original packaging (with labels bearing their references), accompanied by the delivery slip, within 7 days of receipt of your package. The shipping costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the buyer. In the case of an exchange order, the shipping costs of your new order are offered to you.

Any complaint not made in accordance with the rules defined above and within the time limits set cannot be taken into account and will release the seller from any liability vis-à-vis the buyer.

Our delivery commitment is void in the event of failure or non-compliance with supply deadlines on the part of our own suppliers, and to the extent that this unavailability is not attributable to ronfross.art. In case of unavailability of a product, we will inform you as soon as possible. Except in cases of force majeure or during periods of closure of the online store which will be clearly announced on the home page of the site, shipping times will be, within the limits of available stocks, those indicated in the section ” Delivery”. Shipping times run from the date of registration of the order indicated on the order confirmation email.

To guarantee the originality of Ron Fross's photos, each print sold with its frame is offered with the artist's signature. The latter will, for security reasons, be sent separately in the form of a sticker no later than 20 days after purchase of the photo print to the address mentioned on the order.

Photo prints and their framing options are exclusively produced by our photo lab specializing in the production of works of art. Only high quality photo papers such as Kodak, Fuji or Hahnemühle are used for our prints. Delivery is made directly by the laboratory in secure packaging.

All elements, texts, illustrations and images on the ronfross.art site are protected by copyright and all other intellectual property rights in Switzerland and around the world.

Any total or partial reproduction of the catalog or of the photographic works present on the ronfross.art site is strictly prohibited, whatever the process or the medium. Any use must be subject to a prior agreement request from ronfross.art and have received written authorization from the artist.

The rights of the purchaser on the products purchased from ronfross.art are reserved for a strictly private right of use and exclude the right to reproduce or represent them.

The artist remains the owner of the copyright on his creation, within the meaning of Swiss law.

All personal data are considered confidential. The informations necessary for managing orders will be subject to computer processing and may be communicated to associated companies as part of the oders management. Transmission of these data to third parties is excluded. The data protection regulations apply.

The website implements technical digital security measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access. However, it should be noted that the internet is not a completely secure environment and the website cannot guarantee the security of the transmission or storage of information on the internet.

The place of jurisdiction is in Lausanne, Switzerland and Swiss law is the only one applicable.

The ronfross.art gallery reserves the right to modify these T & Cs at any time.
